How to care for a woven bag?

Are woven bags durable?
Yes. Natural fibers such as straw, cotton, raffia, and bamboo are strong and durable. With proper care, a woven bag can last for years. Our bags are hand-woven with reinforced finishing.
What's the difference between straw, cotton, raffia, and bamboo bags?
Straw comes from dried grain stalks, cotton from woven cords, raffia from palm leaves, and bamboo from bamboo grass. Each has a distinct texture and finish.
Can I use a woven bag in the rain?
We recommend avoiding rain. Natural fibers can absorb moisture. If wet, air dry naturally away from heat sources.
How long does shipping take?
US orders ship in 8-15 days via E-Packet or Yanwen. Free shipping on orders over $40.
What if my bag arrives damaged?
We offer a 30-day worry-free return policy. If your bag arrives damaged, simply send us a photo and we'll issue a full refund or send a replacement.
