You agree to provide accurate and complete information when placing an order and to keep your contact and shipping details up to date. You are responsible for any applicable taxes and for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with the laws of your jurisdiction.
Product Information
We strive to display product information, including descriptions, images, and pricing, as accurately as possible. However, we do not warrant that product details are always complete, current, or free of error. Colors and other visual attributes may vary depending on your display settings. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, or discontinue products at any time without notice.
Natural Materials
Our bags are handcrafted from natural fibers including straw, cotton, raffia, bamboo, and willow. As natural materials, slight variations in color, texture, and grain are inherent to the handcrafting process. These variations are not considered defects. By purchasing, you acknowledge that natural materials require reasonable care — avoid prolonged exposure to moisture, direct sunlight, and extreme heat. Refer to the care instructions included with each product.
Pricing and Payment
All prices are displayed in the currency of the region you select and are subject to applicable taxes and duties. Prices may change at any time without notice, except for prices of products you have already ordered. Payment must be received in full before an order is processed and shipped.
We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. By submitting payment, you authorize us to charge the designated payment method for the total amount of your order, including shipping and any applicable fees.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Overvoy and its suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service.
